Acceptance
By using OptiLab you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service. We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept the updated version.
Educational use only — not medical advice
OptiLab is an educational tool. It is not a medical device, does not diagnose or treat disease, and is not a substitute for advice from a qualified healthcare professional. Always consult your clinician before making decisions about medications, supplements, diet, or treatment based on anything you see in OptiLab. Never disregard professional medical advice because of something you read here.
If you think you are having a medical emergency, call your local emergency number immediately.
Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction). You're responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
Your content
You retain ownership of lab data and other content you upload. You grant OptiLab a limited license to host, process, and display that content for the purpose of operating the service and showing it to you and the practitioners you've authorized.
Payments & refunds
Paid features are billed through Stripe in U.S. dollars. Report unlocks are one-time purchases that grant access for the period stated at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact support@getoptilab.com within 14 days of purchase.
Acceptable use
- Don't upload data you don't have the right to share.
- Don't attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or abuse the service.
- Don't use OptiLab to provide regulated medical care to third parties.
Disclaimers & liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, OptiLab is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Termination
You can stop using OptiLab and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
